Voat Lifestyle & Hobbies Communities
A Voat (Reddit alternative, 2013–2020) dataset of 36,079 submissions, 78,000 comments, 14,765 users, 44,437 collaboration edges, collected by Mekacher & Papasavva (ICWSM 2022) via full platform crawl. Each record contains user nodes (registration date, moderation status), directed weighted edges (commenter→submitter, weight=upvotes+1), submission titles and bodies, comment text, upvotes, downvotes, depth. Thematic cluster of 49 Voat subverses covering voat lifestyle & hobbies communities, combining 36,079 submissions and 78,000 comments into a single user collaboration network for cross-community analysis.. Suitable for cross-community analysis, topic modeling, platform dynamics, social network analysis, content moderation research.
